Students are reporting that the annotations they draw on worksheets are sometimes not showing up when they re-open their submission.
We have been working on this issue for a few weeks, and expect that it should not happen again.

We were having this issue again today at the end of the day. Students' iPads showed submitted in Mark Durfee's class for a worksheet assignment. However, on his end they did not show submitted (one girl did, the rest did not). Then, when I logged in as the students on my computer, I did not see submitted work. It is all but one student and she had the same problem with Wednesday's assignment.
Lori - I'm going to split off the "Submitted but not submitted for teacher" into a new page from the "Annotations not saving after submission" so that we can track them separately.
Okay, I had another student yesterday whose annotations did not show on the worksheet. I had a teacher email me that her students showed that they submitted blank worksheets, but when she opened the submitted worksheet, the annotations were there. It seems to be a weird sporadic issue.
Just to clarify - the students did the work, then submitted it. It showed up blank for the students, but when the teacher viewed it later it did show the work?
Yes, in one class. But I have also had students who could see their work, but it was blank for the teacher. They show submitted, but it is blank for both teacher and student once they submit. I am having them take screen shots as a back up.
We were having the same problem today. We also had annotations disappearing as they were writing on it. It also disappears when they are working, leave the work, and come back. We have been using the "Save" button at the top.
