I have several teachers who are reporting a loss of connection between their iPad and their computer when using Apollo. It just drops and then they have to stop the lesson and reconnect.
No, they have to restart everything and re-log in. It is happening to multiple teachers at various times. I have not asked about the orange message and will ask today.
Melanie White said that she knows what the orange message looks like because she has seen it, but not each time that it did this.
