The iPad app will crash and the screen will turn white, sometimes when a student is working on a worksheet. If this happens, they may or may not lose their work.
We are seeing this same issue, and the annotations are slow to appear. This is the student experience: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B0MG8WPtMCh-Tl9Sc3drSjB2Nk0

Thanks Eric, the video is very helpful.
On iPad 2s, safari (homeroom.atlaslearning.net) seems to be more stable than the app. It's actually running the same code, so it's tricky to figure out why the app crashes and the browser does not. If I can reproduce it in our office, it will make it easier to find down the solution.
We were using iPad Mini 2s on iOS 9.1. There are screenshots and video of what we were seeing using Safari here too: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B0MG8WPtMCh-YmxsRVZvUXNEQ2s
The quiz changing questions issue has been fixed.
If students quit and reopen the app or safari (no need to reinstall), the patch should apply automatically.
Eric - have you heard of this issue coming up recently? I have added several memory fixes over the past several weeks and am interested to know if you think it's helped.
